Highly recommended when you are in Copenhagen

It useless for foreigners, system only accepts danish mobile number....

Easy to call, payments charged automatically on the car in profile

Introduction of international phone support disabled the app as it wrongly detects country and as a result I cannot pass the verification screen. Will move to other cab service as I travel to CPH frequently and have to rely on taxi app for mobility.

The software works really well, but the devs lost a great opportunity to create something with English support as well, so travelers and basically anyone from abroad can use it…come on guys, you have done all the hard work but the most basic you forgot? Imagine how many foreigners could be using your service…a travel app that isnt in English is not a travel app...

Use it all the time - quick response, GPS enabled, taxi messaging

I wouldnt use anything else while visiting Copenhagen, works perfectly.

This is a WASTE of time. Rude, long wait, taxis cancelled ride. DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND WASTE YOUR TIME.

- Terrible UI (can’t use current location nor search the name of a location, only its literal address.) - Extremely overpriced as well. - Copenhagen needs to get Uber ASAP

I had trouble finding the driver so I simply asked him where he was parked. This made the driver so angry, he started being strangely controlling??? Telling me what to do. He was yelling “Come here! Get in!” and “Now get out!” I tried to leave then he yells again, “No get out through the other door!” Don’t appreciate all of the commands. Of course he cancelled the ride after I got in, so there’s no way for me to rate him after, but I still paid. That must explain the behavior.

I have not received the code.

This will not let you select or input the dress for surf school

I have a US phone. The verification process needs to sent a code via SMS to my phone. Never receive the code.

The app will sent a SMS to verify your phone. It never is send.

Excellent 30 year veteran taxi drive with accident free record. Good conversation and he anticipated a protest congesting terminal 3 and asked if it was ok to drop me off at terminal 2. Excellent service.

Frustrating

We tried to use the app but couldn’t ever get past the screen asking for an sms code because the code was never received. Took the bus instead and saved 75%. Maybe Copenhagen should rethink the whole no uber thing because this app is terrible.

Never got SMS message, and now says that I’ve reached max number of SMS messages, but still haven’t received one. 🤷🏼‍♂️😵‍💫

Why on earth has this bug not been fixed after so many complaints?

App can not verify or create an account with a +1 phone number. There’s no other way to book a taxi without calling their phone number which foreign visitors are likely avoiding… plenty of online text message service platforms support global phone numbers, please switch to one.

Doesn’t accept USA numbers , terrible app , perhaps they should outsource to Uber that works in all the other countries

Cannot create an account in app because “unable to send verification code due to maximal limit of sms”. It errored out multiple times the first few times with a slightly different SMS error as well. There are zero online options to fix the app bug. Calling the taxi does work but their card processing takes several minutes to confirm a US card, so you have to sit and wait with an annoyed driver.

absolutely useless, I typed in the address where I’m trying to go, but it just keeps saying “No addresses found” so I had to use a different service

App will not allow account creation for US phone numbers. Really unfortunate.

This app could not verify my account with my Swiss phone number. There is no other way to create and verify an account, like e-mail. And you can’t use the app without an account. Trying to verify the account by phone failed, as the app kept saying it ran into an issue sending the SMS and I should try again. After three trials, it blocked the number due to “too many SMS”. Unfortunately, this makes it unusable on the most basic level.

I downloaded the app and the app does not recognize my American phone number and when I went to verify, it states that it does not exist I was left STRANDED, in a country across the globe traveling ALONE they should consider an alternative where you can also book online because the app does not want to verify an American phone Allow UBER or Lyft or something My phone starts with a +1 and my phone number does in fact exist

Visiting from the United States and seen the commercial on TV. I walked farther than anticipated and thought I would try using the Taxa app. Worked great and simple to use.

The driver was very informative, very professional, and prompt.

Within 5 minutes our driver had pulled into the Tivoli Hotel to pick us up. Quite enjoyable conversation and ride to the Airport. Thank you Fabio!

If you’re expecting Uber or Lyft, it is far less convenient and the app is much more clunky. Eventually we were able to get a taxi and to our location, so it worked but it was a hassle.

This got me around Copenhagen during an evening layover when I stayed at a hotel near the airport and wanted to see a little of the city. Definitely recommended if you don't know the city or the currency. The ability to set the price before the ride is great!

Horrible app

I live in the US but visit Copenhagen regularly. I normally use Uber in the US, just for the convenience of the app. This app gives me all the functionality of Uber (order, see your Driver’s location and arrival time, pay through the app, email receipts) PLUS I get a “real” taxi driver with a nice car who knows where he’s going! All taxi companies should have an app like this.

I downloaded the app but it won’t let me sign up. I’ve tried 4 times to get a verification code sent to my US phone. Exactly why they need Uber like they have in Stockholm!!

Kan ikke bestille vogn til min bopæl, fordi appen ikke kender adressen (velkendt adresse i København). Kan ikke få den til at acceptere mit kreditkort - selv om de flere gange har sagt at nu skulle det virke, efter jeg klagede. Gemmer ikke meddelser til chauffør, som så skal indtastes igen og igen og igen og igen og igen. Syndefunktion med forudbetalte priser - de er 30pct over normale køreture. Undgå for enhver pris...

I have multiple times tried and 8/10 times get a “Your trip was cancelled”. It is not reliable if you want to use it for business at all.

This sort of app only works if a taxi actually comes. After multiple attempts, my conclusion is that using it is almost entirely useless in Copenhagen.
